Hello all soo I harvested and hung whole plant for 7 days. I dry trimmed to keep.moisture due to the fact that I live in az where it's super hot and dry. Today being the 7th day I trimmed it all up but it still feels kinda moist spongy not crisp . What should I do .. should leave out another day or so or should I mason jar them up and burp a few times a day until neccessary.

You don't want 'em crispy. Lightly squeeze reducing size by half and it should rebound to almost but not quite full size.
It's got give and spring at the same time so to speak.

They should be ~15% or basically as you would buy it on the street.... The jarring and burping does not dry it at all... You need to finish your dry before even thinking about jars... The paper bag until its as dry as you want it to be finally.. without going too dry remember... Then jar it.

But the jar and burp is just going to either mold it, or turn it to hay if you jar it when its not completely dried to your pref.%

Throw a couple nugs in a jar with a hygrometer. The moisture should be around 62%. If not keep hanging or paper bag thing.

Can I just throw it in like a show box with lid open or a plastic bag
Cut the buds off the stems and paper bag them. In really dry climates maybe double paper bag. I throw a wireless hydro meter in there too. Don’t use a plastic bag. I don’t do the finish trimming until the end

I just hang them until the stem snaps. Remove them from the stem and put them in a jar with a mini hygrometer and I also use a 62% bidirectional humidity packet just in case. If its above 65% I'll leave the cover off until it gets to around 64%, after that the packet can handle any fluctuations from then on.
