Hurricane, Plant Stress?

Well the night before last a big storm hit during the night while I was asleep and when I woke up it was drizzling and had obviously rained all night so I went outside to check on my babies.

In the picture you can see how I had them set up, I made a chickenwire fence around them and it was held sturdy by other weeds pushing up against the sides.

One of the plant had a 20 to 30 degree lean but was still upright in it's pot, however the entire pot and plant were outside the chickenwire fence and a few meters away from the original area, how this happened, god knows.

The second one was almost parallel to the ground but was resting against the fence, still didn't look good.

The third was completely toppled over and the root system had been pulled a bit out of the rest of the soil in the pot but it wasn't horrible besides being toppled.

I was just wondering if this kind of plant stress can cause seed formation or any other problems, this morning they looked fine but the sun hasn't fully come out yet so we'll see later.

Can this cause any problems though?
