Hydrohut Fell Over!

Which is exactly what i DONT want to happen..

QUESTION-How stable/strong are the top bars to hang a grow light from in something like a Hydrohut or Grow Tent? Do some tents use steel bars and others PVC? Who makes a heavy duty tent?

I am running a 250watt Sun System Econo Grow Mini. its all self contained w/ the ballast as a part of the fixture and weighs at least 30lbs. Its heavy.. Right now its chained to the beefy pole in my closet... The closet is nice, but just in a bad area of the house the more I live with it day to day.

I want to move to a tent set up, but I do not have a remote ballast so my light is heavy. Even if the tent was sturdy enough to hang my heavy light, I imagine it would be way too top heavy. Ideas? Help? Cabinets and armoires are such a pain, and those tents look so CLEAN!

Stats
5 Plants around 10 in high
250HPS above, 65watt fluors x 2 on sides.
Exhaust fans and inlet fans all the other goodies, etc.

Also, I appreciate any response given but buying a cool tube or any additional light is not an option right now, can i make this work with my current light?

i think the manufacturers of hydro hut and other grow closets have specs on how much weight they can hold.

you may want to consider building something out of PVC (or even wood) and wrapping panda plastic around it - probably cheaper and you can customize it however you want.

if they fell over and were unable to accommodate a large hid lamp no one would buy them and they would go bankrupt

Yo I got a 250w( gonna get a 600 as soon as I fix electrical problem) also heavy like 20lb. I m using the home box xl. It is gonna be heavy so your just gonna have to renforce it with ur own extra bar. I mean it seens like it would hold ok with out it but i dnt want the light fallin. Should work fine. Good luck
