If they are still young you are better off hand watering at the moment, because your "medium" is soil you do not want to over water them. In Bio Bizz light soil from seed they should only really get water for the first 2 weeks then introduce your feed at a low strength. DON'T over water them they will drown. Feel how heavy your pot is when you have given them a good watering, then wait till the pot lightens a bit before watering again. once they get bigger I would use your drippers, when your plants are taking up a lot more water.
This is only my experience but Wilma systems work a lot better with a "medium" like Coco or Clay pebbles. Again the drippers will be fine once your plants are bigger.
