Hydroponics, plants don't smell much?

I'm not picking on you or nothing like that bro but why would you throw the clone away just cus it was stinking? That's what you want. If the plant is giving you smells in veg then it lets you know your gonna have a plant that's really good in smell which hopefully leads to taste. I have my Blue Dream in veg now and she reeks of straight Haze with hints of Blueberry. IMHO I would never throw a plant away just cus it's stinks in vegI am using hydro for my 1st grow...I tried a clone and it rieked to high heaven so deleted/threw in trashGrew this bean in hydro, no smell thus far. The clone I bought smelled 10x more than this <pic> at the same height. Does anyone know why a clone can stink way more than a plant of equal size?View attachment 3223942 View attachment 3223943

Legit question...New to growing, picked up clones...brought home with all intentions of love and care...2 small baby plants reeked my humble abode, got freaked out because neighbors so close....ditched em because not unprepared to combat smell nor debate with neighbors. Since then, proper tent setup, minimal smell but starting to :/. My 2 concerns are air flow and smell.

It's all good bro I totally understand. If your growing inside you really don't have to worry about neighbors unless your in a apt argument building other than that neighbors shouldn't be able to smell what's inside your house.
Since you have a tent and you need combat smell you should prolly hookup a carbon filter to your exhaust fan if you have an exhaust fan. Air flow is very key to having a healthy plant as stale air can slow growth tremendously. If you don't have it already you need an intake fan to bring in fresh air and exhaust to let stale air out. Hopes this help out
Funny I was complaining that there is no smell BECAUSE they smell like hell now!! Don't know what to do with it anymore!!
I have 8" carbon filter hooked up. Was passing my house yday and got a good whiff. Be careful, carbon filter doesn't eliminate everything. I am gonna buy Ona Block now as well. I am fucking scared now. The most crazy thing is that I am located around 200m from the cops station. I am scared now becuase I heard they have a permanent K-9 there.
I'm shitting myself.

Yea I know carbon filter doesn't completely eliminate the smell but it helps. Plus it depends on how good your filter is. You may have to get you one of those big can filters. How are you smelling it outside are you exhausting the smelly air outside? I don't have a carbon filter at all in my setup and my plant has my whole house stinking and I cant smell anything outside but as soon as you walk in the door it hits you
Damn bro that sucks that you live so close to the police. I live about 6 blocks away but I'm not worried about them. Try Gonzo bags they work well with capturing smell. Sit it outside your grow area never tried it inside grow area but they sell them at Home Depot

Maybe you need to set it up so the carbon filter is inside your grow area then exhaust it outside. I don't know your living situation but if you don't have kids or don't mind the smell being in your house a lil over it being outside and maybe having the police smell it then I would just exhaust it into the house

You have a SERIOUS humidity issue in your tent, your walls are dripping wet. If you continue in the current situation PM and mold is to come.
I don't know what humidity issue you mean, my humidity was fine, 50%, never had any wetness anywhere.
