Hi guys/gals!

This is my first post here, but I've been doing RD&A (research development analysis) hydroponics for almost a decade now (well, just 3 months shy of a decade). One of my best friends told me about this site and said I should share as much here as I have with him and the others I've worked with. This site looks awesome and I hope I can contribute something. I've got a piece of software that I've been developing for quite some time now. As soon as I get the front-end finished, I'll post a link here. It's a pretty sophisticated grow journal software that provides some good analysis, especially for those of you that really aim to dial-in and tweak your systems.

Anywho, that's who I am! Nice to meet you guys/gals!:-P

Any chance it can be used in a Seed Saver ~ Heirloom grower kind of way?

One of my projects is to start a program to do that.

C Programmer here but mostly the wild Random-Data compression stuff.. I like a challenge.

I am rather good at data encoders now..

Hiya Ernst!

The program, HydroThis, is mostly aimed at hydroponic analysis but could probably be used for a number of purposes. I'm going to release it for free (full version free) so check it out if you're inclined. Awesome on the C programmer! I stopped hard coding in the late 90's and started in various database development platforms, but god do I need to get back into coding. There's only so much you can do in a development platform before you're banging your head on a keyboard wishing for one measly function!

Hey, thanks for the welcome! I think I'm going to like it here :)

Oh, just saw the journals section here. I'll be starting a Nirvana Papaya 6 plant soon.

I just had a talk with my mom.. She point out I had the focus for the odd exploration on computer programming from an early age.
