Me personally, I would tell him he is gonna cough up the rest of my oz or suffer the consequences. Most likely he will make good if he believes you are the type to follow through on your promises. And if he didn't....I'd most likely break his fucking nose right then and there.

i think it's your own fault for not noticing when you bought it. i would confront the person i bought in from in a nonthreatening way and tell them that i know it was short and that i don't apapreciate it. then i wouldn't buy from that person again.
