So whilst giving her a little more lst i went a bit hard and snapped the top stem it was still hanging on not like completely off the plant, so ive panicked and use gorilla tape to patch it up and a little more support teddy on a stick ( came with flowers) , is this suitable? Thanks

Tape it up with some duct tape and then tie it up to another branch so it has slight pressure bending in the opposite direction so if its falling down.. tie it up that way it can stay mended and heal. I did the same thing and ripped it off and it was hanging by a thread.. 3 days later or so it was all healed up..

Some of the lower branches will drop but it's just redirecting energy leave the drooping branches alone don't cut them off or anything. Time will tell if she pulls through

Yep just don't fiddle with it.. give it time to heal. About a week you will know if its healing or not because the leaves will start dying off.. they are definitely resilient. Good luck

I like to use foil tape for mending branches

Its stiff, flexible, excellent adhesive,

You CAN STILL TRAIN using it even when you over bend a branch and snap it you can tapw it then bend the foil and it stays lol

Then when its heald it damn near peels itself off

Fuckin sick

Youll know by the next day if it will pull through or not

If not she will be shrivled by the 3rd day of shrivled cut herr off

Ah wish i had some of that stuff got really strong tape on there now do more harm trying to take it off, so if i was to cut if off would it try and grow back? Or is that it for that part of the plant sorry if that sounds dumb

I've read of some growing back but I don't think it would honestly. You could try to make a clone out of the cut if you knew how. Lol. I'm pretty sure it's going to heal

Hey man, a broken stem should not be an problem especially not for an auto. They are very strong. You should see the cropping i did today to my autos. And i did that with a smile knowing they can handle it.

It all depends on how much is broken

Most of the time as long as some of the skin is still there it will heal

And sometimes it shrivels up and you cut it off

It will be fine.
I wouldn't worry about it. I had this Colombian Gold plant split while moving things around. Both buds were completely horizontal and the stalk was split down the middle. I taped it up and it's doing fine. Had to stake it as well. Happened over a week ago. Just a small plant but the cola's are big and heavy. Heavy enough to split the stem.

That's not too much damage to your plant. It will heal just fine.
