what about restuarants on your area, like a chain one like say fridays or one similar to that?? i know that around here, most of the people who work there at least smoke weed, if not more than that.. go in and strike up a convo with the bartender... i always like to wear a shirt from say strains or spark 420 that has a weed strain name on it, so its not like you're walking around with a big ass pot leaf on your shirt, but at the same time, people who are in the know, will know what is up with your shirt without say attracting the attention of unwanteds like what you'd get by just wearing a big ass pot leaf on your shirt.. you'd be surprised at what an ice breaker a simple shirt like that can be with the right people..
and what about work?? i can't remember one job that i've ever had that i didn't work with at least one other smoker, if not many many more than that.. same deal, wear a strain shirt to work if you don't have to wear a uniform, and again, you'd be surprised by who may say something to you... i'ive always been able to spot at least one fellow toker at a job.. don't know how i do so, maybe i have good weedar or something like that..
for christs sake, i've been to montreal and barcelona, and i don't speak a lick of spanish or french, and in both places, i managed to find a connect.. you've just got to talk to people.. and if you're afraid of getting robbed, don't carry any cash on you at the time of meeting a new person, and schedule the deal for later on in a very public place where it wouldn't be all that easy for them to rob your ass..
and if worst comes to worst, you've got to have some form of a ghetto area near you some where or another.. i know if i were to jump on the bus near me, i'd be able to get to the ghetto in a say a half hour or so, or i could keep going and get to the city in under an hour.. taking the bus is a good route as you'd be on foot, and more people would be approaching you rather then being in a car, unless of course you know where you're going to begin with..
