I cant get humidity higher?

Hi guys

Hopefully someone can shed some light on my problem..

I have 0 humidity :-( my babies have all been transplanted from rockwool to clay pebble pots a few days back, Im using a wilma drip system. I have intake and extractor fan running on minimum setting while still producing negative pressure, intake is bringing in cold air. I have set the fans to 25degee c, currently I have the hygrometer where the plants are under the lights and it shows 26.1 degree c. I have warm mist humidifier running, and also have a big bucket of water in the tent.

Plants appear to be fine at the moment. I am feeding 15mins in every hour. Im just concerned that this may bring the downfall of my plants, sooner or later.

As Im using a humidifier already I cant figure out what more I could do to raise the level, im all out of ideas. As I thought the fans were sucking all humidity out before it had chance to register I lowered it as mentioned to the lowest setting and its not done a thing.

Im assuming someone has been in this situation?

Any guidance very much appreciated!

My grow closet is cedar lined and even with po,y Mylar on walls and ceiling it never gets higher than 47%, that's with lights off. This grow , since 1) I upgraded from CFLs to a 400 Watt HPS for Flower, and 2) My DH's 'Shroomery is set- up in there, we are assume a second humidifier. One will be in the area sectioned off for Flowering, and the other in the Shroomery, which is right underneath my Veg Area. So, I'd say add a humidifier.

I am going to get a hygrometer tonight...but I suspect my humidity to be near 0% in the flower room. Probably going to pick up a humidifier as well...
