I desperately need to know...

what collectives/pot clubs/etc in california (hopefully northern but will travel) would be interested in purchasing (or doing a co-sign) of meds that are a lb or UNDER...(the under part is important as well).

i wont always have meds by the lb..especially certain strains but i may have a 1/4 lb to half a lb...or even sometimes just a few oz...

which places do this kind of business?

and how safe are these prop 215 "farmers markets" ive been reading about where prop 215 cardholders can bring meds and sell/buy just like a regular farmers market?

im very new to this aspect of prop 215 in california and was looking to be pointed in the right direction. please and thank you (meeting strangers offline with lbs of 420 doesnt sit well with me)...not after all the armed robberies and i'd hate to have to shoot someone.

Just about all of them will take a pound if the price/quality is right. As far as under a #, not many. There are a few out there, unfortunately it's unlikely another vendor will give that info up. My advice to you would be hit up clubs that have just opened up recently. They are much more likely to accept small amounts.

Good luck man. Just keep hitting up clubs until one says yes. It's a pain in the ass but that's what you've got to do. It's not likely you'll find a shortcut unless you've already got connections.

So dont call/email ahead? just drive w/ a lb to a club and go in and say i got some extra meds i was looking to part with? or what? i may be wrong thats why im asking as i've never done this so i figured it had to be more complicated than that.

When I got started I just walked into clubs with my pack on and just asked to see the buyer. If they ask what for say "I'm a vendor". It's not as easy as it sounds. When I first started out I probably walked into 30+ clubs before I found the deal I was looking for. But I've never been flat out turned away. They may ask to come back when a buyer is there, but it's very rare they'll refuse to look at it. Most clubs will try and low ball a new vendor. It's important that you're willing to walk away if you feel like you're not getting the right deal. If they get the sense that you're going to sell to them no matter what they'll take advantage of you. Be willing to compromise a little, just not too much.

well what should i expect to receive in terms of $$$? like a min-max?

i ran a few ads online and got some promising replys...a place called club4twenty got ahold of me. they seem legit...got a few emails that seem suspect as well.

i've also heard of these medical marijuana "farmer's markets" where im assuming its a farmer's market of marijuana...that seems interesting to me as well (to sell maybe small amounts extra i end up with).

im not expecting $3K a pack but i certainly wouldnt wanna go in there sell them something for $1500 a lb and have them turn around and sell for $3k...lol

Very hard to say without evaluating the whole pack. Depends what it is.

If it's hydro you're looking at anywhere from 2600-4250. I'd say 3000-3400 for average quality hydro. To get anything over 3200 it's got to have a few specific qualities. If the pack has very little small nugs and is super strong that'll increase the value. Also density increases value as well as purple and strong and/or unusual scents. It also helps to have a strain they don't already have.

If you've got a pack filled with big, dense, strong, purple nugs or a strain that isn't common around the bay then you should hold out for 3800+.

I've hear of those, but have no first hand experience with them. Sounds interesting, but I just don't know.

We are entering the dry season right now where all of last years big outdoor/greenhouse crops are finally gone. Prices are a lot higher this time a year than they were just a couple months ago. If you've got hydro and it's of high quality, then I'd be looking for ~3k, more if it's top shelf. Right now I'm getting 3400-4000 for hydro, but I've got a well established relationship with the clubs and have been cranking out top shelf consistently. For just being a walk in you shouldn't be afraid to ask for 3k if it's decent hydro.

Outdoor is different, even fantastic greenhouse organics don't sell that well in the bay. I brought a friend to a few of the clubs I go to with some of his and some of the places weren't interested at all. He ended up getting 2k-2500 per pack.
