The Greens should not waste time waiting to file a complaint with the Judicial Tenure Commission. The Judge has made clear comments and rulings in contravention to the law. The media has picked it up very well, and a lot of pressure can be brought to bear.

The bar association and constructed judicial system are not God nor ruler of man. They are not the final judge. Be aware of sovereign rights and true persona. Be whole, with all rights in tact. Allow no man to strip you of your human rights. Be not decieved by man. Uphold your right to procreate, protect your lifes investment, with your life. Bow to no one in the name of "your honor", "justice", or "judge". It is an illusion.

i want to write an amicus brief and submit it in The Green's case regarding 4i

need a lawyer to do the filing but the writing we can do. maybe get some organizations to sign on as well..

all the organizations working here in michigan are outfor one thing---> distribution rights at patients expense

--you can file your own amicus brief

....call elvie and ask her to get you in touch with 'pebbles'--she filed her brief herself in cali that changed the rules...from jail-(?)

pm me if you want her number-

the fucking bloodsucking lawyers here have everyone thinking we need 'them' to accomplish anything-
they have the whole community balls in their hands and they keep squeezing them

--an amicus brief in laymans terms means they overlooked a serious aspect on their ruling-
somthing blatantly obvious and plain simple english-

after all its all 'semantics' anyway
....the same semantics most are swallowing whole here....

....i am shocked there hasnt been many filed here with all the clear obvious blatant rulings against the mmj community

somthing again the fucking bloodsuckers liars(lawyers) dont want you to understand

many people in jail learn how to write and file amicus once they're sitting in there going "hey wait a fucking minute.....what about this??"

there should have been class action suits and amicus briefs filed in numbers all ready
--but the lawyers here are not working in our behalf

understand their lie and you might be able to see a fleeting glimpse of our future-

peace to the warriors

and war on liars

the court should be packed to capacity at every juncture of this case....
--but idont see anyone posting the shit until its too late

packed courtrooms are how you effect change-
fucking PACKED!!

We will likey see amicus briefs filed on behalf of both the defense and the prosecution. Schuette's office can be expected to. It will be no surprise to see them filed from multiple sources. I believe it depends on the facts and complexity of the case. Attorneys are typically limited to the number of pages a brief can contain. As long as they are not redundant, but something pertinent and succinct, they will be likely accepted by the court.

As it is, the system and its operators take the fall, and like angry sheep the arguement remains within the bounds of the illusion, only to remain bound and angry. It is the creators whom own fault, and the BARis the true ruler. It has created the whole system based on illusion.

Again. You don't go behind enemy lines to sue them in their own courts... the government has declaired war on you, yet you argue how to beat them at their own game, in their own house...let me suggest something here. STOP PLAYING IT.

The way to win a war is to fight it and change the argument. The only ones fighting carry weapons like soldiers do. Those fighting the illusion hold up an invisable sheild called "rights" that stop no bullet. Shooting people, taking their kids, and locking them in prisons, is WAR.

WAKE UP, PUT ON YOUR BOOTS, AND FIGHT! (THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY THINK!)

How about punitive damages? I suppose they might just want to put this whole ugly chapter behind them, but still...I'd have a hard time letting this just slide. Great news though. Wasn't the whole grounds for this kidnapping that they were growing a plant in the privacy of their home and for doing so they were a likey target for armed robbery and such? Why not just take custody of all children that live in or are adjacent to or travel through high crime areas? Isn't that just as reckless?! "Malarkey" to quote my dear old grandmother. They operated under a clear bias and should be held accountable. Not to totally get off subject, it's just this particular incident makes me physically sick to my stomach when I think of what this poor family has been subjected to.
