This is what I do, download te photobucket app make an account and upload pics directly from your camera or photos already saved onto your iPad and once you cheak out your pic. There will be an I inside a circle on the bottom right which will give you an img code you can copy that and paste it to your thread, here's a pic of the I inside te circle I'm talking about
