Ehh not trying to be an anal retentive dick but it does matter to the plant. Even a camera flash at the appropriate intensity and wavelength will/ trigger the phytochrome response. But just happening once (esp at day 2) the plant will ~not be affected.

Its pretty common for greenhouse growers to flick their lights on in the middle of the night if they are trying to set back flowering.
