i found out why my plant leaves are pointing to the sky

i added an extra fan in my grow room, and when i was watering every two days i was giving my plants 1.5 litres each, but i was leaving the water in a large bucket for 24hrs to rid of chlorine, then adding nutrients and then adjusting ph and then watering, i never had an air pump to put oxygen in to the water while it sat. so i put the water in to a large milk container and shook it up like a mad woman, and when done i could see lot of little bubbles and i have watered like this the last 3 times, when i watered this morning again my plants did it again, 3 hours later leaves pointing skyward, they never did this with the water that was lying in the bucket and then fed straight to them, so now i know that they love the severely oxygenated water at 68f.

I have read that this is due to heat stress. but if it is good for the plant i will start to do this also. I put my water in a bucket but do not have an air pump. i did not know it was needed.

it is not heat stress, my grow room has been between 28c and 30c (82f and 86f) for 8 weeks, so the plant leaves would have been pointing up constantly, they point up when you give them lots of oxygen in their water and extra air circulating in the room with an extra fan.

For potted plants, I would never water without oxygenating my water with a air pump first.
Fact is, it makes the roots grow faster, bigger, stronger and healthier and the same goes for the rest of the vibrant plant.
I consider it absurd not to oxygenate water before serving.

Haha Took the words right outta my brain.

i was taught that early on and just do it out of habit. but i notice my plants reaching for the sky just after lights on. fully awake and noticeably happy. good stuff to live by
