I got a defect

I've never seen this before. The first pic is one deformed plant the second pic is same strain. Is it gonna grow? Should I keep it and see what it does?
Btw, those are WWxBB in FFOF. No nuts used. Both started from seeds. 400 watt ushio opti-blue. Low 66°f Hi 77°f. Humidity low 52 high 70.

The fan leaves are growing instead of the "top"

Very strange, never seen it before, I would cut just below the two fan leaves and hope for two tops to grow.

Patience is a virtue.
Perhaps waiting is in order.
For all u know, that could grow normal and be a fantastic pheno
just a thought

I'll let it go and see what happens. Could end up being the best one.
