I got a Hermie

I'm eight weeks into flowering, and i've been looking at the trichs waiting for them to start getting cloudy, and I noticed that one of my plants had gone hermie! I saw something that kinda looked like a seed, and i squeezed id and it burst open :-( I'm thinking that was a pollen sack :wall:? I pulled the plant out of the tent and investigated and found a full blown seed on the same plant. I looked around in the tent at the rest of the ladies and to my inspection, none of them seem to have hermed/been pollinated. Any more precautions I need to take? They are so close to the end of they're flowering is it even going to effect them? I think I am going to just chop the herm down now anyways. Let me know what you think

I'd harvest right away, that really sucks man sorry. Maybe someone else can shed some light that has experienced it as well.

I would wait... if any pollen sacks develop between now and harvest time, there won't have been enough time to seed anything anyways. I bet you just got one or two pollen sacks in the beginning. A lot of plants do it as a last ditch effort to reproduce. If you can't see any other pollen sacks, let it do its thing. It's not worth ruining your harvest by cutting it down early unless it is riddled with them.

I think you're right dellamore. I moved it to another room just to keep it separate but i'm going to let it do it's thing. i could only find maybe three more pollen sacks, and otherwise the rest of the bud looks great. They'll probably be good to go in the next few days anyway i'm hoping

I pick them out myself. I had a plant that got a bunch of the bananas and had so many seeds. It also pollinated my other plants. If I see them now I take a tweezer and pick them out on sight. I had a ph meter that went bad and my plants got stressed that's when it started.
