You have had some great answers from some very experienced members.
From what I've read your doing a simulated hydro grow, you should be in a neutral medium other than soil. Coco-coir would be a better option for you.
That being said lets work with what you've got.
You had a build of salts from your nutes, giving you an inflated PPm reading in your run-off. This is why you were told to flush.
In hydro we flush every 10 - 30 days. It's a must.
Because you are in soil you have been advised to water with nutes every other watering to stop this build up.
Basically you'll be flushing every other water.
As you have been told water with plenty of run off to help decrease this build up.
Pictures of individual leaves are good but also are pictures of the plant as a whole.
From what I can see you may have a slight calcium deficiency so add some calmag to your water.
Over all the plant, from what I can see, doesn't look to bad.
The odd leaf on plants, especially the shadies will discolour and die naturally, no big deal.
Do you know the NPK breakdown of those nutes your using?
If you think it's worse, it would be nice to see a pic of the plant as a whole, you may worried about shit that you don't need to be.
