They have very good costumer service, very quick to sell and answer from the randomness. Truth is I've tried their producs and they suck:

UFO 135W Flowering LED growing Light = FAIL, Killed my plants at the end of transition, same happened at a friend's grow.
4x2 "99%" Light proof Tent= TREMENDOUS FAIL. The Fabric even has holes that let the light out, don't get me started on the stitches so if you where thinking on this one to put in your flower room it's a NO NO. My new awesome looking tent is now wrapped with duct tape everywhere like my old DYI lol!

Overall: Stay away from this company, it sucks, gather a lil more money and DON'T GO FOR THE CHEAPEST option like I did. You'll get what you pay for.

Sounds like you've had a bad time but seem to have it under control now.
Well I'm Grandpa and my father told me that from the get go. "You get what you pay for"
Sorry you had to learn the hard way.

I had a similar issue with a tent from them. Marked as X% light proof - but there were needle sized holes in the fabric and seams along with some light leaking flaps. Doesn't bother me too much, the room I put it in is light proofed.

I can say with LED you need to supplement cal/mag. This may have been his problem.
No bro, perfect plants no chlorosis buy they went to shit anyways. Things go really well on veg and transition with this lights until is time to flower. That random day transition ends I'd find my plants dead under the UFO; completely wilted like a stick with a leaf dress and without any mark of heat stress, burn or even yellowing. Water? I do DWC, so it makes no sence. I decided to take it to a friends grow as this clearly couldn't be right, Viola same result. We are still shaking our heads why did we bought this shit instead of an HPS. I'm still using it to veg sometimes and I'm gonna give it a try on soil but I'm not nearly holding my breath

Ya I figured I have to take it out of there or I'll get bananas in no time. Thing is they don't claim X% but 99% light proof. Maybe they did the test with one of their shitty lights but I put a 400W MH inside one and It glows like a bitch in heat. All the stitches let light through, the so "thick" fabric has little holes all over it, you have to seal all the ventilation ports and sockets and wrap the hole thing with duct tape, I mean come on!! the purpose of a lightproof tent is not putting it within a lightproof room

However, I reckon I might've spected too much (regarding the tent, the light is in Satan's hands now) This is no pro tent, but it can be used... not in a flower room but any other room to vegetate. Flowering in this tent (Standalone) is not possible.

Weird cuz I been growing dank with my 135w ufo just fine and so has my bro. I'll equate it to user error if that's first time yall ever used leds.
