I live In northern Ohio. I'm going to scout and find 10 different spots and plant 10 seeds in each which will give me 100lb's or either find 5 different sots and plant 20 in each.

I plan on using 7 gallon green pot's for camouflage and not growing in row's or patterns. I'ts not that hard to scout and find 10 good spot's away from trails and water to place pot's down. I'm not doing any digging ect...

You may be right dude. I'm thinking of 10 different spot's with only 5 plants a piece. 50lb's is more than enough.

What do you think I would need to grow 100 plant's in the forest; 5 different spots each with 20 plants? I'm assuming all I need is soil, pots, and chicken wire to keep animals away. Please give me some advice.

why do you need so much, you need experience first, you cant just grow 100 lbs your first try...jeez you can make a couple thousand dollars off one lb what do you need 50 for? dont get greedy... growing outside is a good way to get caught... my cousin had several crops in spots where the only way you could get to them was to hike four hours, went late one night to harvest his crops and got busted by the dea

I'm going to wait until next season. The way I'm going to find 5 different locations is quite easy. I'm a scout and while in the army we were dropped off in the middle of the woods with nothing but a compass and had to find our way out. So I plan on going deep into the forest like where noone has the heart to venture, I'm talking deep... And start the grow. Helicopters look for grows right off of trails and near water so I'm going to go mabey 1000 yards away from the roads and water. I can travel early in the morning right before the sun rises or late at night with night vision.

Like I said earlier Ohio is one of those starts where in hunting seasons the woods are Flooded with people, so it is inevitable that a few of the spots will be found.

Your right hunting season starts september 1'st; goddamn squirl hunting, who the hell hunts squirls? September 29'th is officially deer hunting season and this is around the time my plants will harvest; so I'm hoping all will go we'll.

Your only hope of escaping the hunting season is to plant in a state forest that doesn't allow hunting or an animal reserve, but both of those are heavily policed by park rangers. Good luck, I heard alot about hunting season and what gets found. I'm hoping you live in the North Eastern part of Ohio as well. I pulled up Google Earth and the North Eastern portion has "Deaper" forests, but still not all that deap. The weastern part is mainly all farm land.

Deep In the forest may seem scary to some people but I've survived worse. I'm not sure If any bears or dangerous animals are here In Ohio but I have a assault riffle for any small problems. I've been bitten by many poisonous snakes before and I have medicine that will cure me If this is the case. I wonder If there's mabey a device that could warn me If police have spotted my grow and are waiting for me, mabey a monitor or something?
