Is their any way to let the roots breath better in dirt, I've tried parilite type stuff, is their anything else to help them breath and streatch more without making the plant fall over because the soil is to loose? And also, isit better to have a higher number of small plants or a lower number of large plants? I want bigger buds like the photo I posted on this thread...

"Dirt" is your first problem..... Your plants will be happier in "Soil" with the Perlite mixed in.
If your plants are 'falling over', then you most likely don't have a nice rootball strong enough and large enough to support the plant's weight, and also to support good foliage growth.
As far as number of plants, I think that depends on your vertical/ horizontal space, lighting that you plan to use, time you expect to spend caring for them, and personal experience.
And........ Good root structure is one of several things key to a good yield/ plant like your pic.

A good soil will allow roots enough oxygen. You mentioned trying perlite, how did you try it? Did you mix it with soil? What kind? How much? Was it perlite or perlite "type stuff"? What kind of soils have you used?

The plant doesn't fall over because the soil is too loose. It falls over because it is top heavy (with buds) or has bad roots, damped out, or other disease.

So first off, get a good quality soil. There is no special pot that can help with bad soil.

And if you want a plant like the picture, I would recommend growing a plant the size of the one in the picture. ; )

Good question. I use a 12-inch bamboo skewer to aerate my roots. I just plunge the skinny skewer
into the root ball a dozen times or so for each plant. I aerate right after watering so the roots can
best take advantage of the root stimulation.
