I Have A Few Questions I Can't Find The Answers For..

I am about to get my med card and i have been reading and reading up on the laws and such for it but I cant find the answers to these.


IF on my own property can i smoke on it outside.(note: its a trailer park)

Can i grow 12 plants if i have a caregiver?

what places cant you not medicate in your car.. (other then schools)
can i just do it in any parking lot?

the trailer park is not ur own property, it is ur rented space & that space is therefore a public place...(well technically its private property of the owner but since it is shared space, it would be argued a public place)

why would u honestly want to invite that kind of trouble? u do understand while it may be legal in MI by state law, it is not under federal law. That would be like boasting, simply keep it under wraps IN ur home

no, if u designated a caregiver u cannot grow ur own plants

it is still illegal under any law to smoke & drive, & simply being in ur car & smoking, or having the smell come from ur vehicle is enough to get u arrested for DWI. The burden would be on u to prove u werent already driving or had no intent to drive had the police not come across u.

If you have Named someone as your Registered CG, no you can NOT grow 12 plants also..

you can however grow your 12 plants at your residence, and your CG can care for them at your place. but if you do this, your best to name yourself as your own CG and have the person help out.

no Medicating at ANY Public place. as well as at least 1000 ft from school, church, business areas ect...
no medicating on public busses, ect... anywhere the general public can be, parks, beaches, ect....

thanks for the replays and thanks for the answers and the reason why i asked about the smoking outside is because of they dont want me to smoke indoors since a child in present in the house.

I would find a home you can smoke in then, i have smoked outdoors at my place but i sit in the middle of three acres so i dont think my neighbors really care.

The answers about you not being able to grow if you assign a caregiver are wrong. You can assign a caregiver and YOU can still grow your 12 plants as long as you state that YOU will be able to possess your plants and not the caregiver. Now if you sign a caregiver and assign HIM/HER the right to possess your plants then no YOU CANNOT grow them. But only if you designate the caregiver to possess your plants.

Just food for thought. Its not illegal to be extremely drunk and in your car if the keys aren't in the ignition. If they are, you will be arrested for DUI, whether or not car is started. Not sure, but I would think it would be the same for marijuana. I'm not gonna be the test case though.
