To me it looks like theres plenty of nitrogen, maybe a little too much. The leaf tips are curling under like a "hook" which is possibly a sign of nitrogen toxicity. Usually Nit def show up at the bottom leaves first, yellowing etc. I think that you are deficient in a micro nutrient or possibly multiple micro nutrients. Calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron, zinc etc. I would go buy yourself a micro nutrient solution. They are just the micro nutrients, get one with no NPK values most of them don't have it but some do. If you think your ph is correct, to make sure calibrate your meter. They sell a solution that's specifically used to calibrate the meter on amazon its like 25 cents a packet. Most people use distilled water to calibrate it but I don't trust that because I had bought some walmart distilled water and the PH was almost 8. Good luck

dont have to buy a whole RO system you can buy refillable jugs and fill them at your grocery. and its super cheap cents on the gallon. And if you are going to use tap water fill a couple of 5gal buckets and let them set out over night to let all the additives to clean the water. unless does your water run off a well?

The problem is decided! There was a problem with the calibration of pH meter. And as you know cal/mag doesn't absorb over 6.0pH.So this is cal/mag deficiently :) Good luck to everyone who meet this problem :)
