I have began a Journey of serving the "Real God" fuck religion though

well I began thinking very much introspectively, after doing research and watching documentaries like religulous, I have come to the realization that religions are bullshit, I also came to the conclusion there was no god. but creationism still seems real to me. so now i say and pray to the person I call the "real god" many changes have happened in my life and i cant believe how much is going on in my life that is positive. I asked "the real god" to take me down the path that was meant for me so I learn what i need to make things (dreams etc) happen. I have never been religious. Now all of a sudden I have a huge motivation to put in effort that i thought wasnt possible. Things are going incredible since this spark of motivation, I just thought I should give this thought to the community and hear others thoughts. There has to be a real god i believe he is like a parent who will be harsh as well as help you to teach you the correct path and he is understanding to a certain degree just like us. please feel free to express yourself!! thanks for your time!

Like you I don't believe in religions per say. Churches seem to be a tax free scam to me but I do also believe that someone or something put us here for a reason. You don't have to go to church or read a Bible full of altered lies to live a good honest life.

But Seriously, there is something there to believe in. I find it hard to not believe something greater is out there, waiting.

Yes I have seen something outside of me that gives me the option to take the right paths, I have also learned that u can create consequences not only suffer from them.....just more food for thought

I do recommend the documentary entitled "religulous" and for people to see the evil behind religions like Jahovas Witnesses, the claim to be the organisation sanctioned by God they also say your life is worth less then the organization, when someone speaks against the church they are insulted and shunned and turned into social outcast, if anyone associates with theperson they to will suffer those consequences, it's crazy people have wars over man made prophecy

Religion, or believing in something that you cannot be certain of... is the only way to cop out of the recognition of absurdity. Not only do i pity those who believe... but i also envy them...

The only problem with me... is that i cannot lie to myself, which fucking sucks most of the time...

The absurdity is there, always, but a lot of the time i can pretend it isn't...knowing all the while, that it is. Gotta keep living, gotta keep living, gotta keep, existing... knowing all the while, that it doesn't even matter. Nothing does, but i can pretend it does... and i do, which is why i keep existing.

I pretend, at least im not such a little cowardly bitch to tell others im not pretending and that i know the sacred truths, like everyone else, at least i can understand that's exactly what im doing. And if you claim you do... you are just a scared little bitch, just like me, except i accept the fact i don't know, when most others... they pretend they do, even more scared than i am, little pussy ass bitches is what they are. Fuckin right dude! Thank fucking something that someone understands the logical fallacy of certainty. At least someone here isn't too scared to admit that they might be wrong about what they believe. Doesn't say much about 85% of the other people who are on this forum. For fucking real. How do you know god is real, or isn't real? You fucking don't, period. The logical fallacy of certainty... Says the guy whos certain that no one knows of anything "supernatural" (Im never gunna stop trying to nail this logical fallacy into your head). Spare the lengthy response that you said a hundred times that equates to "You dont know, do you know why you dont know? Because SCIENCE! Thats why!" Shits getting real old. Im not bashing science either, I love it, I just think todays understanding and technology has its limits (not confined limits, science will always grow) and perhaps a few faults when it comes to discovering reality. So keep pretending that you are certain that no one knows of anything supernatural and keep being, as you so venomously put it, a scared, cowardly little bitch... Also, I remember we had a discussion in the past about this subject and you absolutely denied referring to us believers as cowards or anything relating to cowards and you sincerely apologized. I guess that apology wasnt all that sincere. It seems theres a major asshole on the other side of that happy, goofy, fun loving face of yours. Perhaps you should quit judging and over analyzing people and the outside world and turn that judgement inward then maybe you'll have sweet dreams again.

This is a weed forum. Sometimes we get high enough to believe in a god. Then there are times we wish god would make better weed. It depends on the day of week and how much we've smoked.

I guess I should post something more relevant to the topic. I dont think you should look up to the Creator as someone to subtly guide you through your life. I mean theres over 7 billion of us on this Earth, not even including beings of lower consciousness. Do you really think the Creator is so complex and all knowing that he/she/it is guiding every single one of us everyday? Considering the size of the universe, I think its a safe assumption that theres billions upon billions of intelligent lifeforms everywhere, is the Creator guiding them too? For the most part we are on our own in this life and rightfully so, that is how we learn, life is a stage of learning. I dont think you should put so much importance on the Creator either, try to view the Creator as your equal because the Creator had to of been in our shoes once upon a time.

The truth is a snare: you cannot have it, without being caught. You cannot have the truth in such a way that you catch it, but only in such a way that it catches you.

There are still good reasons to believe and not believe things, regardless of certainty.

We have to rely on our senses to a certain degree!
