Lollipoping is when you grow taller plants and remove all branches leaving only the single cola,and all it is is a bastardized version of SoG.

You can either go to ICmag and look up vert griws by Bobblehead,Mister D and others or continue bitching about something you don't know the first thing about.

and to be honest, those buds look fluffy and unfinished. and I didn't see where any of them DEFOLIATED. NEXT.

Yeah if it has a cool name like super cropping, lollipopping ect...folks follow without hesitation. But proven horticulture is questioned and passed over on a regular bases. Just goes to prove the power of suggestion.

I dont defoliate or lollipop but im all about topping UB style and supercropping the 4 tops, no complaints

I have a couple plants from seed, i am currently on the third Ub style topping for 4 tops. I've cut and cloned the top, each time cutting above the second node. so far,so good. the top retains non alternating nodes, so it keeps going.
 
If you click on my signature link there's two grow journals about my Uncle Ben's topping. My "Shooting for 30 ounces" is a journal that I took UB's topping a step further and topped the tops to 8 tops. As that grow is about 3-4 weeks from chopping, I think I can safely say that there's no real gain by going with 8 tops.....and considering how bushy these plants are....I feel it's not worth all the room they take in the flower-room.
