as a doctor he cannot recommend and prescribe anything if the patient is not of sound mind and body. meaning you, being high couldnt make a sound decision and the doctor would lose his license and any court case if he recommended anything. so dont be stupid next time and grow up, it wasnt the Dr, it was you.

No it was the doctor.And Im all grown up,So you cant get a reccomendation for marhuana while stoned?That makes alot of sense.Maybe next time Ill twitch around on the ground in the loby hoping somone throws me a joint.

I think what Jesus ^ was trying to get at is that maybe you could have waited until after your appointment to "medicate". It's hard to take anyone seriously who reeks like pot with their eyes half open and half a dorito stuck to their shirt lol.

He can't accurately assess you if your symptoms are masked/warped by the effects of pot and he cannot trust the information you're relaying to him. My the hospital is cool with me having a session high, but not my general practitioner.

Maybe something gave it away. Could be the stink of skunk, the blood shot eyes or maybe you were acting odd. I am surprised the doctor would have even picked up on something like that. For him to be certain that you were actually stoned. Maybe he did not actually know, maybe he was taking a guess to see what your response was. You should have told him you did not smoke any, as long as you didn't reek of marijuana lol.

The Doc is just looking out for himself. A guy came in to his office and he thought the patient was high. That's real LOL. what if he did give him the papers and then the weed intoxicted driver gets pulled over by the PooPoo Poolice? Doctor would be held accountable for giving to dumbasses the license to smoke weed

A lot of the doctors in my state are getting pressured by the new Attorney General. They've sent lots of undercovers in to get cards and made it public that they succeeded, so I'm sure the doctors that still give MMJ recommendations are wary of everything. If you were obvious he was correct to send your ass packing.
