Well it's a disease where in a care giver is intentionally making their ward ill, for the attention it brings and the chaos that ensues. Moms poisoning their daughters to death and then starting on the younger sybling.

I was making a semi-comical reference that I may be injuring my plant just to write about it and get attention here. (just kidding of course) but it is funny if you look at it in a general sense.
