... if I'm doing things correctly.

Using MG soil. Found seeds from fantastic bud, in fact only three were found in a 1/2 of mids. Two 26 w CFL's on a 12/12 timer. When I first noticed these, they were growing like crazy outside in the pot I put them in. I brought them inside and they started to fall over under same lights. I bring them outside and they flourish! So, here I am bringing them inside again thinking they should be strong enough to take the lights. I didn't think the lights were too strong anyway! I just put them under lights yesterday... So far so good. Here are the DSC02000.jpgthings I need to know:

Will I be able to tell sex from what you see in these pics?

I have a small fan in there and someDSC01986.jpgtimes I will prop the top to keep temp low. Do I really need intake/outtake fans for one or two plants?

Where, exactly,DSC01999.jpg would I pinch/cut for a bushier and shorter plant by looking at these pics?

How much light should I have in there for two plants? I DSC02002.jpgcurrently have two 26w cfl's totaling 200 watt equivalent.

Where, in this setup, can I put a CO2 thingy anDSC02005.jpgd will it really help the plants at all?

Man, I can go on and on while I'm buzzin here but if you can offer any assistanDSC02003.jpgce, I would really appreciate it. I just wanna get my smoke on for me and my friends one day... that's the goal.

Why did you plant 3 seeds in the same pot? This is going to cause problems later on. So I would say.. no, you're not doing things right.

completely agree..............dude do your research because a lot of your questions could be answered....lets not be a lazy ass or it will show in your grow........that rhymes :blsmoke:
or just make some mistakes and try again....that honestly is the best way

at first they wont cause any problems they will just have less space and less water amongst the three....they just have to be moved before they get too big

Thank you for the links.. Very helpful.

I guess I will get my "lazy ass" to read, as if I haven't already. Is it really being a lazy ass by setting up this make-shift grow box and taking pics to show everyone? after looking at all the other noob's get their questions answered, I figured I was in the right place to ask my own.

I will continue to just read, smoke, and not post anything.

not hating on you by no means but your first paragraph starts with "Using MG soil" this indicates to us that you have not used due dilligence reading the forum, if you had you would know that MG is not reccommended for new growers to start with as it causes several well known problems for most

I do not agree with calling folks lazy, but there are a lot of folks that put beans in soil and then come here looking for advice when it should be the other way around

seeing several ways to grow, picking one that suits your needs and then doing as much research as you can to fully understand it,,,before planting anything

I would never say not to post questions, it's what makes the forum work, but you have to expect when you do ask a question that you will get very different answers from folks with different opinions, the more you read/research the more qualified your questions become, the better answers you will get.

as example how many times a day do we see "What light should I use?"

when a better researched question might be, " I have read that a mixed spectrum is better, can someone please share how they do this?"

Those of us that spend a lot of time here helpin out folks get very tired of redundant repeating questions from people not willing to "look" for the answer, read UB's topping thread (the whole thing) and you will see over 100 post asking the same question over and over simply because they did not take the time to read the thread completely

because of this I put new info deep in my threads rather than starting new threads so the only folks that find it are the ones that take the time to read the whole thread. just last week a member read everything I have written, took him over a week but he was very glad he did and in fact I have had several take the time to do so, everyone that has, is growing and harvesting dank weed

I agree with Riddle, I would not call U lazy. I get that a lot of people think these boards are just Q&A boards. In a way they are but newbs need some basic knowledge or EVERY answer we give will bring up ANOTHER question.

I myself am a total newb, However I have read almost EVERYTHING Riddle has posted, I have read his siggy links word for word more than once. There are a couple stickies that need to be cleaned up and are useless after all this time but the lower stickies still contain a ton of great info.

I have asked my share of dumb questions, I was simply reading the wrong info. Also, since I like U, stuck some beans in the soil knowing nothing and THEN started looking it was hard to find everthing I needed to know quickly. Hence the links I provided.

Please don't allow 1 "rudish" comment to chase u away, growing MJ is not for the weak at heart!!
