Okay for one month straight i was using 2 fluoro grow tubes 40 watt each 3 ft long...the plants were growing so slow in 1 month under the tubes they grew up to 3inches...yesterday i put one cfl directly on one of my plants and wow...he grew 2 inches overnight...so i guess CFL>fluros

I'm using Fluros too, 2 40watt and there 4ft tall, it kinda depends on the setup and direct light. Post some pictures of your light setup.

I dont really think you can say CFL's > flouros. Take that flouro out, and just use the cfl and see how well the plants grow = )

What you are actually saying is CFL's + flouros > flouros


The more light the better <3
