hello

first lets get the legal protection out of the way
1 this is all theory for entertainment value and to kill time.......for ppl that enjoy GTA type games
2 under no means am i asking anyone to do this in real life
3 if anyone does it i myself and RIU is not responsible ...this is make believe stoners killing time


here is the evil thought for the last 2 years CO has been getting a massive influx of cash ........under federal rules this cash can not be put into a bank as weed is still a classified as a lvl 1 narcotic with no medical value and highly addictive under federal laws (which the banks must fallow to have valid insurance and avoid going to prison themselves) ....one bank accept funds opened accounts the fed froze it pending law suit in federal court that is dead until weed is removed from lvl 1 status

do u realize what this means ..........in several spots in CO are sitting a large large large stack of bills in some private safe .....in several hundred spots not as large but more then several years salary at 6 figure job

for shits and giggle lets plan a robbery ........all in generals we will not use any location or details like that
so here is the starting point

1 we know there is a store with a safe in it with cash collecting every day

2 next at set points of random time the amount in the safe becomes to large/dangerous to keep on site so i needs to be move to some place else that is not a screaming sign yelling rob me

3 stoners are paranoid mother fuckers so the system is going to be tight ....safe is going to be one of the better ones .....electronic systems ....guards .....and with CO one of the wealthy play grounds there are alot of them ....making sure u picked the right one is going to be a factor

game is open .......run it any way u want using what ever ideas u can come up with
rules
1 do not be a ass about ideas if someone offers have a good/logical reason for shooting it down calling names
2 read rule one do not be a ass
3 killing a city and robbing it is not a option tho effective gather enough info and loyal ppl to hit everything of value one time before military gets in would be near impossible ....plus that is a game gets u locked in prison/gitmo not matter how u try to sell it
4 if u actually attempt this u are fucking crazy .......check self in to mental ward at local hospital take vacation for a month on the state

ok my idea is simple but effective it would take a fair amount of set up time before would pay out

1 watch the store learn who works in there and what spot ....along with what cars they drive
2 tag the important cars with a GPS burst locator (last for long time and undetectable unless transmitting and scanning for it at same time)

after that it matter of time ......unless they hire a armored car to pick up and then transfer to a 2nd spot where it is transfer to a 2nd car and moved to final spot......then that is a hard tail and enough to fallow any car leaving the area for the next 30 mins getting their stop points and cross check for ownership rental agreements to find a person matching a name of someone could have it then u need to confirm some way

the rest of it is pretty simple ......the more techno they get the easier it is to break ...really do not think they got hands on military grade stuff so just matter of removing it from the main power cutting all com lines including cable and fiber optics long with using a radio/cellphone jammer on broad spec to cut out the back up transmitter in the system ......to kill any back up power build a emp pulse gun fries everything in a directional way....it also takes out any magnetic or solid state drives with recordings ........but a top notch system is going to be set on a standard check in time if the right response is not given back it triggers a human review ie cops or guards at that point u need a hack and more time to locate the correct lines them to slip into the system figure out programming then take it over keeping on a all clear loop

really not looking for a murder charge as that never goes away ...........so tranks tazers and rubber bullets only ......maybe some flash bangs smoke bombs and tear gas .......just matter of timing and knowing what u are going against i will skip that whole ramble and just go to before hit we got to trigger the system to know the response time of the guards cops right before the real job we need to set off a few things to spread the local cops out given slightly more time

finally whole crew meets up splits the take

all good homeland has had that talk with me in 2007
i got the agent a promotion they did not account for something i sawl ........they did it down in mexico the cartels a few years later ....my father was responsible for helping build nuke power plants....so i understood something about the national power grid most ppl do not think about ........the system is dated and old they are trying to replace it as it is falling apart ......really the whole country could be knocked off with just 23 ppl at a timed targeted attack at certain unmanned sub stations/relay/breaker (well were back then unmanned) the storm proved it back a few years ago and that was just 3 stations messed up for this part of the grid .......if that was to happen at the wrong time at the wrong place the feedback would cripple everything for several months if not 2 years to restore power as we know it now

we are good i have no ill intent i just think alot ......about everything under the sun hell even what is under the sun surface ...everything

the part most ppl do not know or think about the demand on the grid is growing at a faster rate then we can supply the transmission lines can only handle so much ...during set times of year and day the demand on the grid is so great they pay price that are 10 times the normal going rate of power so power plants shut down under the idea of repairs removing that engery forcing a sister plant to go to 100% output at those rate .....that engery is sent around the grid in reigonal sections .......at those times the sub staitons are relaying the power the grid if was to take a hit would break it all

best news i have is most oping nuke plants are mag lift on the bars .......a simple interruption of the current they drop no boom no fall out
bad news when they shut down the design program they did not build the step down reactors like france

they get more power out of their materials then we do making and leaving less waste with a lower half life ........think he blames carter for doing that i will ask

Hmmmmmm let's pretend that we would steal other people's hard work because we are to lazy or lack the knowledge to do so are selves there for we should be a low life thief and after we're done we can become rippers to celebrate are successful hard work of taking things from others then we can all get stoned and have endless bud and money right up until the point that we get killed where do I sign? Besides hypothetically speaking to avoid conspiracy everyone knows fort knocks has way more money
