sure...you will love zakk wylde's "Book of Shadows" and Black Label Society's "Hang over music vol.6" o and one more by zakk wylde "Pride & Glory" this is kind of mellow southern rock.

if you like Jazz I just purchased the Alex Skolnick Trio "Last Day in Paradise" really nice album to smoke and chill to. O dood you have to download ANYTHING by High on Fire , they are heavy but melodic...they are considered stoner metal...I really dig them...
 
i really need to listen to the songs BEFORE i burn the cd. i just thru- high on fire- "devilution" right in the middle of my "chillin'" mix. you get all laid back then lightly lifted and slammed against the wall. then gently set back down to recover. i guess that works.

theirs this album called psychedelic guitar circus, if u can get a hold of it it's pretty good--has some great riffs and tunes..if i recall.

Did you check out the Alex Skolnick trio? Cause if you like Jazz I can recommend a whole lot of stuff.

There are definitely a few songs you can chill to on Down's albums "NOLA" and "Down II a bustle in your hedge grow" Now keep in mind not all of the songs are gonna be mellow...but i fucking love both albums to death =) Im currently at work so Im kind of going through the mind rolodex of my chillin music.

Dreamtheater if you like prog rock (although it's not too mellow..), Genesis, Gentle Giant, Rush, Tool (i didnt see tehm in your list) .. For something more mellow I like Rage against the machine (jus kidding, theyre cool tho) uhhh, what about Dave Mathews , Tim Reynolds...I'll post some more when I think of em (the list is what ive been listening to today
