Figuera and other activists, like grow shop guru Jose Molina, explain that Spain's constitution gives considerable protection to what people do in the privacy of their homes.

"The Spanish law says that personal behavior in a private place, and this includes private land and outbuildings, is protected by the constitution," Figuera explained.

And the U.S. is supposed to be the Land of the Free.....

In some ways yes and in strange ways not. We got a €330 fine for my terrace B-day party last year. No warning, just a huge ticket!! You can't drink beer or piss in the street ( fine €180) but up until last year u could walk around naked, pure nudist.
