I messed up the light shit!

Ok I have this nice new cabinet I built, made everything as perfect as I could but I started the flowering cycle 3 days ago and I forgot one thing... the red light on my power-strip in the cabinet! So over the past 3 days it has had the 12/12 but with constantly interrupted dark! I spent a lot of time on these babies and I don't want them to be hermie's so I'm thinking of just giving them the full 24 hours of darkness to help compensate for my fuckup. Think this will help? Or should I invest in a feminizer to make sure, they are "female seeds" from a good company but you never know what can cause the dreaded male flower... I would really appreciate any advice I can get!

that red light is a LED with only 2-5lum output max i would say, that is not too bad if you want to cut down on that take a black permanent marker and reduce the emission a bit be careful if you going to use black plaint instead, let a bit be visible for safety reasons and watch out that nothing leaks into the interior since it cut out of the power in the best case only

yeah ^, and I would think putting them on 24 hrs would just mess it up more.

Just put a peice of electrical tape over the light, thats what i did with mine and worked out perfect, plus i found out my fucking fan had 2 little green lights that were always on, so ya covered them with tape.

I just put the while powerstrip on a timer instead of having the timer on the powerstrip, that way no light to fuck things up.

not the best idea since the fan has to run all day long, 24/7 really! your babies need to breathe, keep that in mind

rather do some duct tapping action in your grow and cover them up well
