From experience if you have a panic attack and you need to settle down take a breath in worth 1-2seconds of air(to 100% lung capacity), and let a breath out 7-10seconds.
It will slow your heart rate and you can easily settle down.
*SNIFF, then act like your letting out a hit really really slow*
Don't feel stupid doing this exercise...
