If your shades work outdoor then they will work under grow lights.

Spectrum shift is another story.

I use safety glasses. Had the same problem brought home a pair from work no more headaches for me.

Wrong. My wife just gives me money. I would do the same for her if my family was rich. Everybody on here seems to think $200 is much too much to spend when you can buy the same thing at Walgreens for $20. Thanks for caring about me and my household buddy.
