Get about 100watts of cfls a clip on fan and some reflectors dont use aluminum foil and some type box or tent grow box with an exuast

cfl's = compact fluorescent bulbs, they're the spiral looking bulbs that come in orange and white light
don't use aluminum foil because it can reflect concentrated beams of light and burn holes in your leaves. you should always get exhaust, even for two weeks, so it can get fresh air and cool off

the cheapest is go on craigslist and find a metal halide or high pressure sodium that was pulled out of a gym. i just picked up two 400w metal halide lights for 15 bucks, they are only a few months old too.
