I Need Help With Figuring Out What Type Of Lights I want!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

right now im growing this nine inch under a little lamp.. its just 60 watts like a normal light bulb... im new to this indoor BS but i wanna learn so i need to know from you guys what kind of lights and lamps do i need? and do they need to hang from the ceiling?

Yes, typically hung from ceiling. Type of light depends on your budget / yield desire. If you want to get a lot of bud from a lot of plants you'll want a 400+ watt MH / HPS ballast / bulb. If you just want a few plants you can probably get away with HO T5s or CFLs.

and were would i find the cfls what kind of store i mean.... and for how much? could u get estimates.?

CFLs are the curly energy saver bulbs. u can get them any where. look on the package for certain thing: highest wattage you can find, 2700K and 6500K are what u use, use as many as you can fit in your grow area. CFL growing has its own thread on here llok it up and read it.

this is a cfl and if you want just get a y splitter and 2 of the biggest bulbs you can buy at the store 43 watt and a shop light for a grand total of $30 and for one plant thats more than enuf light....................you can even do good with 2 26 watters..........the bigger the better tho

you can put a science project board around it so the light gets reflected back to the plant
