I need help with flowering bulb

So i have this mogul base for a 400 watt mogul base metal halide light and ballast. Im pretty sure theres no way to put a hps bulb in it for flowering if so i need to know and if not can i put a ceramic metal halide bulb in it. Or am i gonna spend the same amount if i was to go get a hps or led light? Im pretty strapped for money right now so i need the cheaprst option.

You have no option. That can only use a 400w mh. Cmh require their own special ballast. You will need a new digital ballast to use both mh and hps.

How big is the tent?

The tent is 32x32x63. I just started and have 6 plants only about 3 inches tall im gonna get rid of the 2 weakest plants because of lack of space and do a scrog. 2 wedding cake, 2 maui wowie, 2 zkittles. Whats a good route to go for a light for flowering? I have some time to figure it out im thinking a couple months.
