All that stuff looks organic. The lighter newer growth indicates maybe ph is falling out of range. Adding ewc as a top dressing; transplanting to a larger container with fresh base mix and ewc, or brewing an aact w/ewc, kelp, and molasses would help. If you do not currently use granular mycorrhizae in your soil this is one reason you should; assists with absorption.

Tobacco mosaic virus is not all that common in MJ plants. It’s more than likely a simple rise in soil ph due to a lack of microbial activity in your mix. If they have been in the same container for awhile they probably just need fresh and active soil. Fertilizers and/or soil conditioners can only be absorbed if there are microbes present to decompose them for uptake. Every thing must be broken down first and the micro herd go to work much faster if what you add is made to be soluble. Like in say an aactea.

Looks like variegation, likely genetic or environmental. Not necessarily viral but could be, probably not though.

Yeah about 90% of all cases end up not being TMV. Very rare indeed!

OT: If you're new you're probably light stressing them running LED's to close to the canopy.
