I need help

Howdy, the plant I have in my hydro station isnt growing much over the past few days, and the bottom first leaves are getting yellow and wilted. the plant looks really pale all over, do I need to be putting nutrients in the water? too much light? sorry, first timer. may be stupid but Im clueless
