I need it yesterday!

Which strain would give me the quickest available bud, grown indoors?
How long from germinating to being smokeable would it be?
Going thru a very stressful time and living in the sticks, I have no idea where to buy a bag, so I want to grow some asap.
I have very little money available, I plan on using stuff I already have like a few cfl bulbs, a cardboard box with white printing paper attached to the insides of the box for light reflectivity. Will my plants even have a chance with this setup?

Don't know much about strains but I think you need auto-flowering seeds like lowrider or something. Or get some indica using lights 100% 6400k+ CFL at 1-2inch. After 2-3 weeks switch to 100% 2400k~ CFL for flowering. It works well for small plants.
