I need other opinions

Hey guys, I have been doing through thread after thread. So far I have the problem narrowed down to light burn, a nute deficiency, or my ph. Pretty obvious right? Kinda has to be one of those things doesn't it? I'm also kicking around thoughts about inadequate drainage. The ph is floating between 6.6 - 6.9 the temp varies between 70 and 80. I dont know if you can see or not but it is growing in an empty raisin carton...I know. I think it is the perfect size. The only problem is, I dont know if the amount of moisture that stays in the bottom of the cardboard carton is enough to consider it, I dont know, stagnant? swampy, toxic? Any input would be appreciated my friends, and one day I'll know enough to answer these questions for others. Thank You.

You're growing in a cereal box? Is it even draining? Here's what you're doing to that plants roots.

Did you poke a hole in the bottom? If not do so. I reuse stuff all the time. I use old yogurt containers to start seeds.
You'll be transplanting to an old cat litter bucket soon so just stab a pencil or something in the bottom. You'll might need your drill for the tidy cat bucket but a Phillips screwdriver and some elbow grease can get the job done. Just do the best you can with what you got.

Yea it's got a bunch of holes in the bottom. I just dont know if the material itself is absorbing less than wholesome stuff. I got a couple of 3 gallon buckets so I'm only gonna have to use one tidy cats bucket. And maby not even that if more than two come out w balls

Get 5 gal pots, fill em up and plant your seedlings.
Bon Jovi should never have been famous but is probably a decent fellow.
Cajun food is the bomb, try a crawfish boil.
Gibson Les Pauls are overrated junk that keep my side repair biz in operation.
Black Sabbath is the best band ever.
I don't like Quinoa

My first attempt at a dwc was in a cat litter bucket (square one) didn't work out well, it got algae growing in it almost right away. Went and got black buckets from home depot that day and started over.
