Does anyone know what those spots are? Two of my plants get them and their both Gelato.

Looks like maybe something was sprayed on them in the direct sunlight? If theres only a few and its not getting worse I wouldn't worry about it.

Try looking under the leaves for tiny bugs, they could be different color, if found brush them off, or wash them off and then wash with neem. To kill these tiny bugs, make a homemade spray by mixing 1 cup vegetable oil, 1 1/2 cups of water, and 2 teaspoons of dish soap. Spray on the plant. Or, find a mite deterrent on line.

Wouldn’t worry about it, looks like a burn spot from getting wet in direct sunlight

I put some neem oil on her and she came back.

Those leaves look otherwise very healthy. Unless it gets out of control I wouldn't even worry.
