I need some help peeps!

I'm not sure what is going on. The last 2 times I've tried to get something going, they get to about 1 inch tall then fall over. I'm using hyponex soil with 3/8 vermiculite and the water I am using is distilled for 48 hours. Then I soak my seeds and stems in it for another 24 hours. I water every morning around 8:00am. Roughly about 2 Tbs. They are in 2 inch Jiffy pots. My temps don't go above 80 or below 75. They are 24/0 light schedule. Can anyone help figure out what I'm doing wrong?

What are the fans for? You might not have enough light. I dont know though I dont use CFL's.

what do you mean "what are the fans for" Intake and Exhaust I have enough light. my veg box is 22"H x 15"W x 17"D.

do you think it would help if instead of watering every 24 hours, I went to every 36 hours until I transplant?

It's definitely the soil. I tried Hyponex as well, it's just too hard and clumpy..the roots get very little oxygen.

But it's the same soil I used on my first grow. The only thing I did different was using the vermiculite.
