Your light is only an actual 100 watts
It is capable of growing tiny plants or clones but not something you can grow good buds with

Great. That helps a lot.
You need 3x that light for a decent grow.
But for now get those lights down closer to the plant.
Plan on just one plant being able to grow under it.
You won’t get a whole lot but it’s doable.

I can’t tell folks what lights to buy, all our situations are different.
I can tell you that I use 300W COB LEDs.
I’m in a 2x4x7 tent and get a 1/2 lb off two plants every 4 mos.
Which meets my needs and more.

if you can upgrade those lights, you’ll be on your way.

This is what I grow under them. Soil. Nothing fancy nute wise. Pretty easy.

Mine are 4 years old. Run ‘em year round. Still going.

I would definitely upgrade your lighting , looks like you’re on a good path just upgrade those lights , I use 1000wt metal H, during my seedlings and veg, switch to HPS during flower , , all relatively cheap . They also offer multi spectrum bulbs that make it simple to transition to flower. I’ve been having great results , despite the energy usage off the MH and HPS , the yields and potency are well worth the extra cost with the 1000wt. Next season I’ll be upgrading my system to led though just to cut some cost and easier to maintain temps where they run cooler. Here are some pics of one of my ladies this grow
Sativa 8 weeks in . Happy growing !

Nice little plant. Problem is she's hungry and needs way, way more light. Light first otherwise the extra nutrients will just burn it up. If you are serious about learning to grow I suggest looking around here at the 1000's of threads. Lots to read and learn from. Good luck!

I have 3 of those and a reg lamp
Go here www.growweedeasy.com and read all of the introductory materials, then come back and ask questions about specifics. I don't really agree with their nutrient recommendations these days as I prefer a one part dry nute for simplicity, but otherwise that's a great guide for getting started.

I don't meant to be rude or brush off your questions, but your missing some fundamental info, and it would take all day for us to type up the answers to all your questions you have and will have, while it's all already written on that site (and here, if you do some digging around).

I do suggest a grow tent. Even a cheap one allows for better control of your environment, less light lost, and the ability to make sure your not allowing too many light leaks during flowering.
