I need some help repairing my led wiring

I have a mars hydro ts3000 and one of the plugs that goes from the driver and plugs into the led is broken. I want to replace that wire/plug but i don't know what the name of the part is or size or where to order it from. Mars is no help as they have sent me 2 of them and both are crappy and dont work. So can someone assist me with this? I am not very versed in this but if I can hook up the new wire/plug if can find a good replacement.

No clue what yer trying to fix

All I see is a ratchet strap

They have a size chart so you just have to measure the old one.

Sorry id didn't have a good pic handy but here are some hopefully better pics. The wire inside is broken somewhere and I want a new one.

Ya sure it's the wire and not the bd

Did u check if power is going to the cord ,to the end, and into the bd

My light uses 2 drivers and 2 plugs. I tried the other plug in the same.board and it worked fine so it is not.the board. I then remove the wire and plug from the working one and tried it using the other driver and it worked as well so its not a board or driver problem.

You need a new wire then

Tell mars they are idiots and send you the CORRECT ones

Or figure out if it's 5.5mm or what end and get one

My problem is that I don't know where to go to get one (besides Mars) or even the name of the type of plug i am looking for or if there is a particular size i should be asking for

It's called a jack plug you'll need to measure the size of it as there's a big variety available.

You could by pass the plugs and wire it straight to the board with a connecting block/wire splice... To test it I mean.

It looks like a 5/6mm.

If the op plug is the same i could measure the diameter but that's a tsl?

Edit... Op yours looks very like my one it's a 6mm

Why don't they work, don't they fit?

They are probably 5.5mm barrel plugs...
