There are a couple different styles, yours is more classic. There is a "Neptune" style that can get you more colas, if you're willing to give her the time. Here's a shot of one of my manifolds. 12 cola points

What are you trying to achieve
I’d like 8 colas that are fairly similar in size & easy to harvest/trim. I feel like the asymmetry isn’t going to give me that result but idk how exactly to get it more even. I’ve never flowered one this shape before so I’m excited to see in any case.

Just keep pulling those 4 bigger branches down until the other catch up.

you just have to tie some more or less until it looks even. They will also move towards the light and correct themselves sometimes. I simply refer to any method of tying for more colas as LST.

Nice! She looks pleased as punch. I’d like to try scrogging as soon as I have a more permanent place to grow. What did you use for your frame/ grid/trellis materials?

I don’t feel like she thickened up much in past 8 days. She’s in 2g maybe that’s just the best her roots can support? I plan to put my second one trained similarly in a 5g before flower so I’ll compare eventually.
Yeah 5g minimum is a good idea, atleast it looks like you are in a fabric pot

This is a GDP 10 days into flower. Idk what to refer to the training I did to it as. It’s not as symmetrical as I’d like. This is the second time I defoliated it.
To be completely honest ; it looked prime before your second defol-
