I need to get these babies to flower

Hey guys,

The last time I posted on here I had five Jack Herer that were barely growing and so I swapped out the soil and put in a better mix. Now, two months later, they're huge outdoors but I need them to flower finally. The pistils are visible and theyve been getting leaf burnt and I feel like I need to create a lighting system of my own using CFLs perhaps... and adjust temperature and light. The thing is, I have no idea how to go about it. Here's what they look like.

I am new at this and will greatly appreciate all feedback and adviceIMG_5918.JPG IMG_5917.JPG :)

Almost looks like a revegged female. The pistils are orange.

How do I get them into flowering and keep them there?
You need to put your lights on an automatic timer so that you are getting 12 hours light and 12 hours of darkness. That will induce them into flower. Flowering times vary but usually between 8-10 weeks long.

How well would they grow on cfls? Or what kind should I use?

Can I bring them indoors and set up a lighting scheme?
If you are growing outdoors, they'll start flowering on their own in August. Usually ready to harvest at the beginning to mid October.

You can grow with cfls, but if I were you, I'd buy a COB led unit.
