i did order a fdd original piece last week and it got here today.. it was even better than i had imagined it would be... he even sent me some gumballs with a badass little monkey thing on the top.. he makes noise.. i think i'll name him fred..

thanks fdd.. the bowl is badass..

just wanted to share with you all before i broke her in... which is just about to happen... right....... NOW :mrgreen:

how much did you pay for it? looks like amature glass blowing still. colors do look cool has hell.

it was 45...

the colors are what i liked the most about it... colbalt blue with silver... the bowl is deep.. can fit my thumb in it.. which is nice.. the shops around here carry very sub par shit with tiny ass bowls...

the glass itself isnt super thick, so it really gives a nice hit when ripped... i dont like bowls that have super thick glass.. i dont drop my shit... and i dont need an inch of glass on all sides of my bowl...

im happy with it... very happy...
 
i like chameleon glass.. just not thick bowls... im talking thick as in where the stem only has a thin ass opening running through it.. you get high just from trying to suck in a hit...
 
i also like smaller bowl heads they conserve your smoke better, and most of the time with the shit i smoke i dont need too much you know.

i feel ya... im just to fuckin lazy to constantly want to repack my bowl... or have to after a couple hits... give me something i can hit 6 or 7 times and i'm happy...

besides there has been about 10 tons worth of weed busts in my area in the last year.. big movers that brought the goods in went down.. so the local boys are the only supply of good shit around.. and when its available it goes quick.. so in between harvests i can sometimes get stuck having to smoke mids that come around.. and then it does take MUCH larger hits and i smoke more often.. so a larger bowl helps out in those times...

bongsmilie yea.. completely fucking around... i was just laughing my ass off when i saw the gumballs...
 
just because i have a fat bowl doesnt mean im sparking the entire thing...

if you light it right you can get multiple green hits.. it just takes not torching it and lighting from the side...

and if the bowl is smaller, the flame would have less surface area to hit, causing the green to burn up faster anyways...

to each their own right......

I don't burn all the greens with the first hit.
I put my lighter to the side of the bowl and bongsmilie

Still some greens. lol.
