i put my clone under 209watts of cobs next to the mother which is in veg, will they shrivle?

My clones are in a humidity tent on the floor the light is about 1 metre high the mother is doing well since i started feeding it dutch masta a and b.

Im just use to using small cfl's to veg clones will the light from my four cobs be too bright? when i started my seeds i place them in the same spot i put the clones.

Appreciate any advice.

the clones fried even at about 80cm away from the leds.
